Meet Our Team

Yingka Chou

Yingka has over 15 years of professional experience in producing and coordinating over 800 distinctive events and weddings personally designed and managed. She thrives under stressful situations with grace and patience as these skills were further enhanced when she graduated from USC with a BA in Interpersonal Communications and Business Organization. In addition to being an impeccable and obsessively organized coordinator, her passion for flowers led her to become a floral and event designer thus establishing Master Plans Events & Designs as a full-service company since 2009. Her list of events and designs include high end weddings and social events, celebrity charity galas, gifting suites for red carpet events.

LeAnn Im

LeAnn is a savvy and sophisticated event coordinator since 2012. Graduating from Azusa Pacific with a B.S. in Marketing and with over 6 years in the hospitality industry, LeAnn is no stranger to event production. With a keen sense of detail, LeAnn specializes in production, day-of coordination, and providing the upmost clientele service. She also has experiences working with A-list celebrities through gift lounges, charity events, and award ceremonies. Her well rounded professional experience as a banquet manager at the Langham Huntington Pasadena and the Four Seasons Beverly Hills extends into her service as a wedding coordinator. LeAnn works well under high pressure moments while creating individual relationships with her guests, staff and vendors.

Carla Domen

For the last 16 years, Carla has produced and designed events of all kinds. Her experience spans multiple industries including luxury lifestyle, fashion, non-profit, entertainment, celebrity red-carpet, corporate and more. Her love of events began with small social events including birthday parties and showers, leading to full-scale weddings and eventually large, high-profile productions. She has worked with major lifestyle brands, celebrity clientele and non-profit foundations such as TMZ, The Grammy Museum, Sugar Ray Leonard Foundation, DIRECTV and more. Creative trouble-shooting is her specialty and she excels in event design, budget management, story-telling and crafting complex affairs with flair!

Jennifer Mun

Jennifer graduated from the University of California Irvine and discovered her passion for planning when she began coordinating friends’ weddings. They trusted her with their big day because of her organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and incredibly calm demeanor. She loves the joy of working with amazing people and seeing how the couple’s vision comes to life. In her free time, she loves being active outdoors with her husband and fur baby, exploring wine country and attending music festivals.

Ashely Rumbaoa

Ashely is our most recent addition to our team. She graduated with a degree in International Business with a minor in Leadership at Azusa Pacific University. Her experience and love of events came from planning get together with friends, various fundraisers for the different clubs and social organizations she was a part of, to planning luxury vacations during her time as a Travel Consultant, she enjoyed the planning process. In 2016, she was referred to by a friend to use her skills in the wedding industry and to sign up for the apprenticeship program at Master Plans. It was through the program, she was able to learn and see a future working in the industry. Since completing the apprenticeship program, Ashely has been able to hone her skills and see her input become a reality. She enjoys seeing the reaction of each clients as they see their ideas displayed in front of them.

Lacey Davis

Lacey is our apprentice for the summer. She is in the process of getting a degree in Hospitality Management at Grand Canyon University. She has a passion for planning just about everything
from events, to vacations, to her everyday life. Still young in her career, Lacey has experience working weddings, non-profit events, social events and has a background in catering. She loves finding unique coffee shops and restaurants and enjoys spending time with her family. Lacey  thrives in an environment where she’s able to utilize her skills of being detail-oriented, organized, and creative.

We look forward to seeing Lacey next summer!
