California Wedding Day’s Une Nuit de Couture II

While catching up and chatting over lunch one day, Yingka and Thea Hargrove at California Wedding Day were tossing around ideas about different types of events they would love to be able to host. After realizing that both ladies were excited to get their creative juices flowing, they came up with the initial concepts for what would become Une Nuit de Couture II. Settling on a French-countryside themed fashion show, Thea quickly started pulling in other vendors to create one large collaboration between friends and service partners in the wedding industry. Meanwhile, Yingka and our team got to working on creating the design for the three separate areas of the Manhattan Country Club where the event would take place. On the day of the event, an intimate luncheon was held for select service partners and contributors in the Wine Lounge. Shortly after, a cocktail hour was held in the lobby and foyer before all the guests were led into the ballroom where the fashion show took place, showcasing a selection of bridal gowns from Mon Amie Bridal Salon. After the show, the guests moved into the Atrium of the country club where our team had set up a mock-Ceremony site, and where more food and drinks were to be enjoyed by all. We had such a great time collaborating with so many talented vendors during this event and we hope to be able to sponsor another event like this one soon!
